The Westin offers a great location near upscale restaurants and an excellent breakfast buffet. However, a few staff members lacked the friendly service expected, impacting our experience slightly. Still, it's clean and consistently impressive overall, making it a solid choice for return visits.

I had a lovely time at the Westin in Austin! The location worked perfectly since everything was within walking distance. The staff was super friendly, especially at the front desk. They offered complimentary drink vouchers, which added a nice touch to my stay. The Traditional King Room was cozy and well-kept, and I loved the amenities provided, like the fitness center. However, I did experience some issues with the air conditioning. It took a while to adjust to a comfortable temperature, and I noticed some noise from the neighboring rooms, making it a bit hard to relax at times. The morning coffee situation was also lacking. I expected something better at a high-end hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few improvements could make it excellent.

The American Grill had some stellar breakfast options, perfect for kickstarting your day! Plus, the staff truly brought the vibe, making dining there a delight. Don't forget to stroll around and explore nearby spots like Gloria's Latin Cuisine or North Italia, each offering drool-worthy bites!
The restaurant was under renovation, and that should’ve been made clear upfront.

Loved the shopping and dining nearby! The staff at breakfast were bright and cheerful, made adjustments without a fuss. The location was simply perfect for our escapades.
Rooms were a bit too plain and thin-walled. I could hear my neighbor’s karaoke attempt—yikes! A bit of character wouldn’t hurt.

You know, we really enjoyed our breakfast dining experience. The staff at the American grill were cheerful and adjusted the menu for us without a hitch. Almost like they cared, which is rare nowadays.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.
