The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were genuinely helpful. Excellent service, even though a few employees were disappointing. It had a lobby restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Wonderful hip new hotel for 1 night in Austin. The rooms with 65 to 75 inch tvs. Great location in a pretty quiet area right by stores and shops, and the restaurant and the barista at the Starbucks cafe. Great experience there.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location just next door to other attractions as well as the restaurant and the barista at the Starbucks cafe. It also was on sidewalk near entrance. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful at the Urban grill, all the food was amazing!

We got spotless and brand-new room with the condition and the front desk computers, for instance. The location was exceptionally nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from ipic Theaters.

Also, location was perfect, within a close distance from Ibm. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a very nice area.

The staff was awesome, really nice and attentive. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bar downstairs was definitely a hit and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the complimentary drinks voucher for the lobby bar.

Additionally, there was a noisy party happening in a nearby suite, which disrupted our sleep and required us to move to another room. The confusion with the charges and the lack of clarity from the hotel staff was frustrating.
